Requirement 1: Proper viscosity
With the decrease of temperature, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil increases, the pressure of the system loses greatly, and the power decreases。 Moreover, the oil suction condition of the pump deteriorates。 Cavitation and cavitation effect occur briefly, which makes the operation of the pump difficult。 If the viscosity is too small, the system leaks too much, the volume loss increases, the power of the system is low, and the rigidity of the system becomes worse。 In addition, the temperature of hydraulic oil will change before and after starting and during normal operation of four-column hydraulic press。 Therefore, in order to make the hydraulic system work normally and steadily, the change of viscosity of working medium with temperature is required to be small。
Good hydraulic oil can smooth the moving parts in the hydraulic system of four-column hydraulic press, reduce conflicts and reduce conflicts, so as to ensure that the system can work normally for a long time. Requirement 4: Good shear stability
When working medium passes through pumps, valves and microporous components, it suffers severe shear. This mechanical effect can change the viscosity of the medium in two ways, i. e. temporary loss of viscosity at high shear rate and decrease of long-term viscosity formed after polymer tackifier molecules are destroyed. This situation is particularly severe at high speed and high pressure. When the viscosity decreases to a relative level, it can not be used continuously. Therefore, the shear stability of hydraulic oil is required to be good.
Requirement 5: Antirust and non-corrosive metals
Many metal parts in hydraulic system contact with hydraulic oil for a long time, and their surface will be corroded under the effect of water and air dissolved in the medium, which will destroy the accuracy and surface quality. The circulation of corroded particles in the system will also lead to accelerated wear of components and system failure. Together, the medium itself is not allowed to have corrosive effect on metal parts, or will slowly differentiate into corrosive substances such as acids. Therefore, it is required that the oil used in cold press should have excellent metal protection, rust prevention and non-corrosive metal.
