When we debug the pulse hot press hotbar machine and the customers are in use, we often encounter the situation that it seems that the welding can not be done. After practice, the hot press manufacturers can analyze it from the following aspects.
I. Flatness of Weld Joints
Among all the conditions that do not feel weldable, FPC, FFC and wire rod adjustment are not smooth, especially for the welded joints and products that need to be welded.
The specific reasons are as follows:
1. Uneven fixtures and Fixtures
2. When the welding head is pressurized, the flatness of the welding joint and the products to be welded is not good.
When the welding head cylinder of the pulse hot press is pressed down, the force on each point of the supporting part is not balanced due to the unreasonable planning of the bottom fixture and fixture, which also causes the welding head (electrodes) not to be welded together.
3. The electrode itself is not flat.
A Welding Joint is not flat when it is processed.
B welding head (electrode) has been used for a long time, which oxidizes the formation of irregularities.
C clean welding head grinding method is not correct, which makes the welding joint uneven.
2. Impurities on the surface of the welding head (electrode) constitute an undersafe heat transfer
Because tin has rosin flux, after a long time of welding, impurities will attach to the welding electrode, which will constitute heat that can not be transferred to the welding products, forming the welding heat is not.
Enough, poor welding. Therefore, we should always clean the electrode of the welding head.
3. The unreasonable electrode planning constitutes the poor soldering climbing and the inadequate tension.
In welding, we use more welding joints, and the welding end is flat. Because of the relative pressure required during welding, tin can not climb well through the hole of FPC. A good solution to this situation is to plan the requirements for grooved solder joints so that tin can climb up well.
